Il #6luglio 2022 diventerà una data importante.
Il tribunale di #Firenze ha approvato una sentenza che annulla la sospensione di una psicologa, il motivo: “la sospensione dell’esercizio della professione rischia di compromettere beni primari dell’individuo quale il diritto al sostentamento e il diritto al lavoro”.
Dopo due anni di lotta – in cui sono stati in molti a combattere per difendere la propria #libertà e i propri diritti – una grande giudice e una grande sentenza aprono un nuovo spiraglio e danno un po’ di speranza.
“Questa giudice ha fatto quello che devono fare i giudici del merito, cioè accertare la verità materiale.
Questa giudice ha accertato la cosa fondamentale: ha accertato che questi sieri sperimentali (così li definisce nel provvedimento) non prevengono l’infezione, anzi ripete diverse volte che coloro che sono stati trattati 3 volte con queste sostanze possono essere infettati, si ammalano e contagiano altri.
Dichiara anche che ci sono i dati pubblici che queste sostanze portano a gravissimi eventi avversi”.

Quello che è molto interessante e che dimostra la grandezza di questa decisione è proprio il riferimento che la giudice fa al periodo del nazi-fascismo laddove lei evidenzia e ricorda a tutti l’art.32 della nostra #Costituzione dove si parla dell’inviolabilità della dignità umana, del fatto che nessuno può essere assoggettato ad un trattamento senza il suo libero e informato consenso.
La #giudice fa persino menzione del rischio di un mutamento del genoma umano.
Sappiamo sulla base di studi che sono già usciti (mi riferisco a quello dell’Università di #Malmö in Svezia) che hanno dimostrato che, per la sostanza Comirnaty di #BioNTech, c’è grave rischio – soprattutto a ripetizione del trattamento – che ci possa essere una trascrizione inversa di questa RNA iniettata nel corpo umano, nel #DNA umano e dunque di una mutazione del genoma umano.
Il giudice fa riferimento anche a tutto questo perché è ormai evidenza scientifica.
