Per i carabinieri italiani, il difetto assoluto di giurisdizione in cui operano, sui nostri territori, non esiste.
Loro sono l’arma dei carabineri e la legge è legge.
Appunto, direi io, la Legge è Legge e va rispettata e applicata da tutti, forze dell’ordine italiane comprese.
Quale Presidente del Movimento di Liberazione Nazionale del Popolo Veneto e del Governo Veneto Provvisorio, istituito dal MLNV ai sensi e per gli effetti  dell’art.96.3 del Primo Protocollo Addizionale (1977) alle Convenzioni di Ginevra del 1949, reclamo che lo stato italiano rispetti il diritto al riconoscimento della personalità giuridica di ogni Cittadino del Popolo Veneto.
Il diritto all’autodeterminazione è una norma ius cogens, cioè diritto inderogabile, un principio supremo e irrinunciabile del diritto internazionale, per cui non può essere derogato mediante convenzione internazionale.
Come tutto il diritto internazionale, il principio di autodeterminazione è stato anche ratificato dallo stato italiano con la legge nr.881/1977.
Nell’ordinamento italiano il principio vale come legge dello Stato che prevale sul diritto interno (Cass. pen. 21-3 1975).
Non si sottovaluti che nel settore dell’uso della forza, l’affermazione del principio di autodeterminazione, ha ampliato la portata del divieto di cui all’art.2 par.4 della Carta delle Nazioni Unite, proibendo agli stati di ricorrere anche alla sola minaccia oltre che all’uso della forza contro i Popoli che invocano il diritto all’ autodeterminazione … e di violazioni in tal senso ne sono state compiute molte dalle autorità italiane pur agendo in difetto assoluto di giurisdizione.
Noi Veneti, non siamo mai diventati italiani e nessuno ci può imporre una nazionalità e una cittadinanza che non ci appartiene anche perché è una violazione dell’art.15 della Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani (firmata a Parigi il 10 dicembre 1948 e la cui redazione fu promossa dalle Nazioni Unite perché avesse applicazione in tutti gli stati membri).

Nei giorni scorsi i controlli straordinari dei militari del nucleo Nas di Treviso: dodici le persone sanzionate nella Marca, sette in provincia di Venezia e due nel bellunese.

Complessivamente sono state 8.400 euro l’ammmontare delle multa inflitte

Controlli straordinari nei giorni scorsi da parte dei carabinieri del nucleo Nas di Treviso nella Marca, ma anche nelle province di Venezia e Belluno, per verificare il rispetto della norma riguardante l’utilizzo delle mascherine FFP2 a bordo dei mezzi del trasporto pubblico. Sono stati monitorati almeno una cinquantina di bus presso le principali fermate dei servizi di trasporto: nei capoluoghi di provincia ma anche a Montebelluna, Oderzo, Feltre e San Donà di Piave. In tutto sono state contestate 21 violazioni amministrative (due nel veneziano, sette nel bellunese e 12 in provincia di Treviso) nei confronti di passeggeri di bus o corriere (tra cui otto minorenni) e cinque autisti, che si trovavano a bordo senza mascherina. In tutto l’ammontare complessivo delle sanzioni è di 8.400 euro. Le verifiche proseguiranno anche nei prossimi giorni, in Veneto così come in tutta Italia

Gli interventi, condotti dai militari dei Nas con i Carabinieri dell’Arma territoriale, hanno riguardato in tutto il Paese ben 3.058 veicoli adibiti al trasporto, tra autobus urbani ed extraurbani (65%), metropolitane (12%), collegamenti ferroviari locali e di navigazione (23%), interessando la verifica di oltre 30 mila utenti a bordo degli stessi. Sono state contestate 203 violazioni amministrative nei confronti di utenti ed autisti, che si trovavano a bordo privi di mascherina o in assenza di idonea mascherina filtrante (FFP2 o classe superiore), per un ammontare complessivo di 81 mila euro di sanzioni.

Le verifiche hanno fatto emergere due aspetti rilevanti: la presenza di 11 autisti e guidatori dei mezzi che svolgevano il proprio incarico senza indossare la prevista mascherina, nonostante il ruolo svolto come operatore di un servizio pubblico; l’accertamento di 31 minori, pari al 15% delle persone sanzionate, risultati privi di mascherina, incuranti della normativa e del rispetto a favore della collettività al fine di ridurre il rischio di contagio.
