Gentili Socie/Soci, Avvocati, Medici, Simpatizzanti,

per conoscere la violenza acefala di questo governo del male, trasmettiamo la “Comunicazione” limpida e dettagliata del Prof. Marco Mamone Capria, docente di matematica all’Università degli Studi di Perugia, (studioso di storia e filosofia della scienza e presidente della “Fondazione Hans Ruesch per una medicina senza violenza”), colpito dalla covid-dittatura in quanto non ha ceduto al ricatto del dogma vaccinale, anzi ha esplorato e pubblicato l’ampia problematica del danno vaccinale.
E’ stato votato con la fiducia il decreto dell’infamia che ha istituito l’obbligo vaccinale illegale e illegittimo per chi ha più di 50 anni e chiusure di ogni servizio, negozi, uffici postali, banche…
Dobbiamo liberarci da questo governo illegittimo e infame che perseguita la parte sana e intelligente del paese e in particolare gli esponenti della conoscenza obiettiva.

Cari amici, collaboratori e “compagni di strada”,

   come diversi di voi – compresi visitatori del sito che non avevo mai
sentito prima – hanno prontamente notato, l’indirizzo del sito Scienza e
Democrazia/Science and Democracy non è più attivo da alcuni giorni. La
spiegazione è quella che potete immaginarvi, ma merita che ci spenda
qualche parola.

L'atmosfera dell'università è diventata in questi due anni sempre più
asfissiante, con l'introduzione di una serie di regole e vincoli
burocratici come non si erano mai visti prima. In particolare
quest'anno, per la prima volta in vent'anni di esistenza del sito (la
norma ai applica ad ogni sito di membro dell'università di Perugia, ma ce
ne sono pochi, e per ampiezza e durata il mio era unico), avrei dovuto
chiedere
al mio Consiglio di Dipartimento di approvare la continuazione del sito,
spiegando le ragioni per cui ritengo che le sue finalità erano in armonia
con quelle dell’università. Già che questo andasse esplicitato fa capire
in che stato si trovi oggi l’università italiana.

Ora, può anche darsi che con una serie di contatti personali diretti avrei
potuto ottenere una votazione favorevole, ma sarebbe stata comunque
un'autorizzazione vigilata – il contrario di ciò che il sito era stato da
sempre e il contrario dello spirito dell'università come essa è stata nei
suoi momenti migliori. Inoltre, devo dire che i miei cosiddetti colleghi
hanno dato prova in questo biennio di un conformismo e appiattimento alle
follie governative così impermeabile a ogni argomento che ottenere una
loro approvazione mi avrebbe procurato una crisi di identità.

Pertanto ho scelto di spostare il sito, tale e quale, come "canale" del
sito della Fondazione Hans Ruesch per una Medicina senza Vivisezione, di
cui sono presidente da un quindicennio. Penso che i visitatori del sito
guadagnino a scoprire materiale collegato e affine (compresi diversi miei
articoli che non avevo ripubblicato su Scienza e Democrazia).

che ha anche il pregio di essere più semplice e più breve.

I due siti hanno sempre avuto molto in comune (oltre alla segnalazione
reciproca), e non è un caso che la problematica del danno vaccinale sia
stata esplorata in convegni di Scienza e Democrazia nel 2003, 2005, 2008 e
2011.

All’ultimo di questi convegni intervenne il dottor Dario Miedico,
recentemente radiato con una “sentenza” dell’Ordine dei medici che resterà
una eterna macchia per l’intera professione, e che era stato relatore
(insieme ad altri studiosi e attivisti che sono diventati meglio noti al
pubblico nel biennio successivo) al convegno “Il punto sui vaccini – verso
le elezioni europee” che con la Fondazione avevo organizzato nel 2019.

Aggiungo che uno studioso statunitense che oggi è meritatamente noto a
livello internazionale per i suoi articoli sulla trasparenza dei dati e i
conflitti di interesse nella ricerca medica – sto parlando di Peter Doshi
– fece una delle sue prime apparizioni pubbliche al convegno di Scienza e
Democrazia a Napoli nel 2005. In quell’occasione presentò un ottimo
intervento sulla questione delle statistiche dell’influenza, poi apparso
anche, in forma abbreviata, sul British Medical Journal (oggi BMJ) di cui
è adesso un caporedattore. È da allora, per inciso, che ho cominciato a
occuparmi sistematicamente della questione, ed ecco come mai quando si è
cominciato a parlare di covid-19 non sono affatto stato colto di sorpresa,
e ho sentito il dovere di intervenire in varie sedi contro l’abuso della
credulità popolare e la sua strumentalizzazione a fini autoritari che ha
soffocato l’intera vita civile, in Italia e altrove -- ma in Italia più
che altrove -- negli ultimi due anni.

È chiaro che una certa consapevolezza della reale natura della presunta
“pandemia” si è diffusa, ma non starei a scrivere questa lettera se
avessimo già vinto la battaglia delle idee a livello di opinione pubblica
e di pubblica amministrazione.

Una testimonianza personale. In data 16 febbraio la mia amministrazione
(università di Perugia) mi ha comunicato «l'immediata sospensione dal
diritto di svolgere l'attività lavorativa, senza conseguenze disciplinari
e con diritto alla conservazione del rapporto di lavoro. Per il periodo di
sospensione, non sono dovuti la retribuzione né altro compenso o
emolumento, comunque denominati».

In pratica, per «inadempimento dell’obbligo vaccinale» (nel mio caso
*totalmente irrilevante dal punto di vista sanitario*, non dovendo io
accedere per nessuna parte del mio lavoro alle strutture universitarie),
mi tagliano lo stipendio, per di più assumendo assurdamente che qualcosa
che la Costituzione riconosce esplicitamente come diritto-dovere – quello
al lavoro, appunto – *possa essere sospeso*: di fatto un cittadino
italiano, rimanendo tale, non potrebbe rinunciarvi nemmeno se lo volesse!

L'inevitabile domanda è: è possibile che un errore così fondamentale dal
punto di vista del diritto costituzionale e dello statuto dei lavoratori
possa essere commesso a fini repressivi dalla pubblica amministrazione, e
non certo solo quella della mia università?

La risposta, oggi, è: purtroppo sì, è possibile, anche se spero che chi
l’ha commesso e continua a commetterlo – consapevolmente e per complicità
con governi illegittimi che emanano da due anni norme palesemente
incostituzionali – ne debba pagare le conseguenze in un giorno non tanto
lontano. Di sicuro il diversivo della questione ucraina non aiuterà a far
risvegliare una cittadinanza per la maggior parte inebetita e abulica.

Devo aggiungere una precisazione. Sono perfettamente consapevole che mi
sarebbe bastato sottopormi a un po’ di tamponi per risultare prima
“malato” e poi “guarito” dal covid-19, ed evitare quindi, almeno per
alcuni mesi, il provvedimento da cui sono stato colpito. Conosco parecchie
persone che hanno fatto del loro meglio -- per così dire -- per risultare
“positivi” e poi “negativizzarsi”, eludendo quindi per qualche mese la
vaccinazione e la sospensione dello stipendio.

Non critico questo modo di guadagnare tempo (e non impoverirsi)
nell’attesa di tempi migliori, e in molti casi individuali penso che sia
stata una scelta doverosa o quasi.

Per quanto riguarda il mio caso, però, dato ciò che penso e ho argomentato
in dettaglio a proposito della fragilità scientifica dei tamponi, mi
sarebbe sembrato come presentare un certificato astrologico su una
congiunzione planetaria favorevole al mio tema natale – e questo per poter
vedere riconosciuto economicamente un lavoro che è mio diritto-dovere
svolgere, che  *continuo a svolgere*, e che nessuno potrà sospendermi
finché avrò voglia e possibilità materiale di svolgerlo.

Ha detto un moralista francese del XVII secolo che l’ipocrisia è l’omaggio
che il vizio rende alla virtù. L’Italia oggi sta morendo anche di
ipocrisia, e penso che, in generale ma soprattutto tra i lavoratori della
conoscenza,  chi può permetterselo, e fintanto che può, dovrebbe evitare
di contribuirvi.
