2012.11.12 – I PREDONI ITALIANI, IGNORANTI E PREPOTENTI NON SI SMENTISCONO.

Tanto per non smentire la propria ignoranza in materia e confermare l'arrogante pretesa di credersi padroni in casa d'altri il prefetto straniero italiano a Treviso, sempre tale Adinolfi, ha ritirato il procedimento adottato contro il Dr. Paolo Gallina, Vice Presidente del MLNV, e da lui stesso intrapreso allo scopo di sospendere la qualità di agente di pubblica sicurezza in relazione al suo lavoro di Comandante della Polizia Locale.
Ancora una volta l’autorità d’occupazione straniera italiana a Treviso non smentisce l’iniqua indole della propria tirannide e con contorta quanto derisoria motivazione valuta di non dar luogo, per ora, all’adozione del provvedimento cautelare preannunciato con la comunicazione dell’avvio del procedimento, (c’è da chiedersi se questa gente abbia studiato per fare il lavoro che fa).
È’ un peccato però che questo incapace funzionario italiano non provveda ad informare del suo ripensamento la stampa di regime, come al solito ben allineata e piegata all’italico interesse … ma si sa, informare la stampa allora significava sostenere l’ennesima inchiesta farsa contro il MLNV e l’avvio di un simile procedimento, che ripetiamo è stato ora ritirato, serviva a sputtanare un uomo giusto, le sue idee, la sua famiglia, il suo lavoro, fare di tutto per esporlo alla disapprovazione popolare e al dileggio dei suoi colleghi.
Ma ancora una volta, l’intento di questi mercanti del tempio, non ha sortito alcun effetto, anzi se mai proprio l’opposto, considerate le attestazioni di stima che il Dr. Paolo Gallina riceve sempre più dai cittadini che lo conoscono.
Non dimentichiamo per di più il valore e l’audacia di altri Veneti che rivestendo cariche istituzionali nell’ambito italiano dimostrano di farlo per servire la propria gente, opponendosi con fermezza, anche in questa circostanza, alle prepotenti pretese di queste canaglie.
Ma il tempo di questi predoni volge al termine e presto la Serenissima Patria saprà dedicar loro le attenzioni che meritano.

2012.11.20 – PRECISAZIONE DEL VICE PRESIDENTE DEL MLNV DR. PAOLO GALLINA:
In ambito italiano, in materia di conferimento della qualità di agente di pubblica sicurezza in capo ad un appartenente alla polizia locale da parte del prefetto, la legge-quadro sulla polizia municipale n. 65/86 è chiara e tassativa, non lascia spazio a dubbi interpretativi di sorta o a margini discrezionali di "manovra", come ribadito anche da recentissima giurisprudenza della suprema corte italiana.
Detto in soldoni, il prefetto non ha alcun potere discrezionale: se l'interessato gode dei tre requisiti previsti dalla legge, il conferimento della qualifica di agente di pubblica sicurezza è atto dovuto.
Ma forse si sperava in un ricorso, o in un pietire alle autorità italiane d'occupazione ciò che non poteva essere legittimamente denegato.
Ma il fatto che si rimanga in silenzio non significa affatto che si dimentichi o si tral
asci qualcosa, o anche il più piccolo dettaglio.
Chi con dolo persiste a commettere crimini contro cittadini del Popolo Veneto ne risponderà a suo tempo innanzi ad un legittimo organo della Giustizia Veneta.
E' solo questione di tempo.
Piaccia o non piaccia a chicchessìa, in fatto e in diritto la Repubblica di Venezia non è mai caduta, né è stata mai dichiarata formalmente sciolta e tanto meno si è estinta, e ad oggi è occupata – anche militarmente – da uno stato che le è straniero, quale quello italiano.
Se a qualcuno la cosa può far sorridere, suggerisco un'attenta e accurata analisi storica e giuridica di quella che sarebbe dovuta passare come una "annessione delle province della Venezia" al piccolo regno massonico straniero italiano dei savoia.
Piaccia o non piaccia a chicchessìa, la Sovranità del Popolo Veneto sarà ripristinata sui Territori della Repubblica Veneta prima di quanto si possa neanche immaginare.
Con buona pace di tutti, e di tutto il mondo.
Un suggerimento, quindi, alle autorità di occupazione straniere italiane: cominciate a rispettare le stesse norme di legge italiane sulla procedura penale, chiudete i vostri procedimenti-farsa pretestuosi e calunniosi e restituite agli interessati tutto il maltolto.
Dopo sarà davvero troppo tardi.

Novembre non è un giorno, nessuno qui è "venetista" siamo tutti Veneti, semmai usate il termine patrioti, eravamo 18, quindi ce ne erano altri 17, questo giornale è impreciso e sfacciatamente di parte… e chi l'avrebbe mai detto, essendo del gruppo l'Espresso, tralatro condannato a pagare centinaia di milioni di euro per evasione fiscale, quando con tono arrogante si permetteva di sputare sentenze su altri, che a differenza di loro agivano legalmente?
Brucia ancora la figura che avete fatto?
Grazie per la quantità di risate grasse aggiuntive che ci avete regalato, vi vogliamo bene…
