Nelle ultime settimane, due le principali notizie che hanno riguardato la Russia: la sparizione di Vladimir Putin per nove giorni, di cui ci siamo occupati nell'articolo La guerra nucleare e i suoi nemici, in merito al presunto tentativo di attacco nucleare da parte statunitense e britannica alla potenza eurasiatica, e il viaggio a Mosca del Premier greco Alexis Tsipras, con le possibili conseguenze in termini di sostegno russo alla ristrutturazione del debito ellenico (ma anche di possibili riposizionamenti geopolitici).
Dal viaggio a Mosca, sembra che Tsipras abbia ricavato la possibilità per la Grecia di ricevere finanziamenti russi alla realizzazione in territorio greco del gasodtto Turkstream, variante del South Stream elaborata da Mosca, e la possibile sospensione delle sanzioni agricole e alimentari da parte russa (ipotesi formulata anche per i governi di Nicosia e Budapest).
L'articolo che segue, scritto in russo da Crimson Alter per Politrussia.com e tradotto anche in italiano da Alessandro Lattanzio di Sito Aurora, fa il punto della situazione, alla luce delle novità economiche (e geopolitiche) rappresentate dall'adesione del Regno Unito alla Banca d'Investimenti cinese e dalla nuova moneta dell'Unione Eurasiatica, di cui è prevista la nascita in tempi non lunghi.

Mentre lo cercavano ovunque, Putin guidava una rivoluzione silenziosa
Sono sempre sorpreso dalle teorie cospirative sul nostro presidente.
Putin è un uomo politico unico, è estremamente sincero; sincero per quanto possibile date le limitazioni del capo di una superpotenza nucleare.
Lo stile comunicativo di Putin ha inevitabilmente un forte impatto sul lavoro dei suoi subordinati.
Così, quando Peskov disse in diretta Echo of Moscow [stazione radiofonica russa, ndr] che “L’ordine del giorno è ormai molto fitto, soprattutto per la crisi.
Attualmente vi sono comunicazioni continue tra governo, imprese pubbliche e naturalmente banche, ci vuole tempo“, le sue parole sembrano le più affidabili.
Non è necessario fare appello alle teorie del complotto quando economicamente in Russia e all’estero, vi sono cambiamenti realmente rivoluzionari.
Perché i media vi prestano così poca attenzione?
È un altro problema su cui torneremo.
Allora cos’è successo nell’economia internazionale e russa durante la “scomparsa” dagli schermi televisivi di Putin?
  1. La Cina ha annunciato la creazione di un proprio sistema di pagamento interbancario, analogo al SWIFT, entro la fine del 2015. Dicembre 2015 – gennaio 2016 sarà il momento in cui la guerra economica tra Stati Uniti e resto del mondo entrerà nella fase attiva.
  2. Putin ha incaricato il Ministero delle Finanze e la Banca centrale di sviluppare un piano per finanziare la costruzione di centrali elettriche in Crimea. Secondo il Ministro dell’Energia Novak: “La Banca centrale in questo caso ci permette di eseguire un’operazione finanziaria per fornire liquidità alle banche creditrici… Una richiesta è stata presentata a Banca Centrale e Ministero delle Finanze per preparare e presentare un piano finanziario… per il pagamento degli interessi sui prestiti, per circa 80 miliardi di rubli”. Secondo la Costituzione (durante la colonizzazione occidentale negli anni ’90 – Kristina Rus) Putin (o Medvedev) non avrebbero avuto diritto d’impartire istruzioni alla Banca centrale. La banca centrale è indipendente ma si scopre che in realtà non lo è affatto. Se l’ordine del presidente viene eseguito come indicato da Novak (la Banca Centrale finanzia le banche che finanziano le società russe per la costruzione di centrali elettriche in Crimea), allora avremo ciò che i patrioti di tutti i tipi hanno a lungo chiesto: la Banca centrale che finanzia lo sviluppo economico del proprio Paese. Una rivoluzione. Una rivoluzione silenziosa. Inoltre, mutui e prestiti agricoli saranno sovvenzionati, un altro grande successo.
  3. Dopo l’approvazione da parte del Governo, la Banca centrale del Kazakistan ha annunciato un piano per la de-dollarizzazione dell’economia entro la fine del 2016. L’obiettivo principale è sbarazzarsi dell’instabilità macroeconomica creata dalla valuta statunitense. Nazarbaev è un politico dalla grande intuizione e con seri legami con Pechino e Mosca. L’approvazione definitiva ed immediata della politica di de-dollarizzazione è un chiaro segnale della posizione del Kazakistan nell’ambito dell’acuto scontro economico imminente.
  4. Il 10 marzo 2015, il Presidente Putin ha incaricato la Banca centrale della Federazione russa e il governo a determinare la fattibilità della creazione di un’unione monetaria dell’UEE (Unione eurasiatica). RIA Novosti ha rivelato che la nuova valuta dell’UEE, Altyn (o Evraz) potrebbe apparire nel 2016.
  5. Goldman Sachs, una delle maggiori banche degli Stati Uniti, controllore occulto della FED e “portfolio” dell’élite mondiale che Khazin chiama “agenti di Rothschild”, ha fatto una previsione… raccomandando l’acquisto di obbligazioni russe. Si, avete letto bene: acquistare obbligazioni russe! La massima banca degli USA consiglia l’acquisto di titoli del Paese che secondo Obama avrebbe l’economia “a pezzi!”
  6. La Gran Bretagna desidera entrare nel capitale della Banca di investimenti infrastrutturali asiatica, l’istituzione finanziaria internazionale che la Cina ha fondato per contrapporsi e sostituire la Banca Mondiale controllata dagli Stati Uniti. Un affronto mondiale di Londra verso Washington. La reazione di Washington ricorda la reazione di uno zoticone razzista che sorprende la moglie inglese a letto con l’amichetto cinese: furiosa. Un alto funzionario dell’amministrazione Obama ha detto al Financial Times che l’iniziativa inglese di entrare nel piano del capitale cinese “non è il modo migliore di comportarsi con una potenza emergente“. “La potenza emergente” per gli Stati Uniti traditi è la Cina! La cosa interessante è che Londra non s’è presa nemmeno la briga di rispondere all’indignazione di Washington.
In questo contesto, è facile vedere quanto Putin sia occupato.
Ha domato la Banca centrale e ha mantenuto i contatti internazionali e fatto sì che la Russia sia al vertice quando le tensioni nel conflitto economico globale saranno finite.
Fin qui tutto bene.
