Grande scandalo in Comune e accuse di vandalismo ha provocato l' azione utile di cittadini che hanno provveduto autonomamente alla potatura di S. Giusto, vista l' inutilità di segnalazioni e proteste.
E' ovvio: si è messa in luce l' incapacità e incompetenza degli amministratori attuali che vogliono una "NUOVA CITTA' IN PORTO VECCHIO" e non sono nemmeno capaci di mantenere decente l' attuale !
Un interessante commento della nostra lettrice Maria Felluga: " hanno fatto bene! riprendiamoci la nostra TRIESTE perchè si è visto abbondantemente che fine faremo se non ci svegliamo."
Ha perfettamente ragione: bisogna che cominciamo a riprendere in mano la nostra città che per troppo tempo abbiamo lasciato amministrare malamente ai partiti italiani.
Cominciando dalle piccole cose con uno spirito di collaborazione tra cittadini nuovo e positivo.
Anche sulle "segnalazioni" del Piccolo di oggi vi sono inviti a passare dalle parole ai fatti contro il degrado e l' incuria che si manifesta anche con le invadenti e deturpanti scritte sui muri.
E' così difficile per il Comune prevenirle con una presenza sul territorio della Polizia Locale, è così difficile dare almeno una economica "mano di bianco" in attesa di potersi permettere i prodotti appositi di una nota azienda triestina?
Per cancellare queste "opere d' arte" bisogna forse aspettare il permesso della Soprintendenza italica e di Sgarbi (che ha messo il vincolo su tutto Porto Vecchio per paralizzarne l' ammodernamento) ?
Oppure bisognerà che anche in questo caso i cittadini si organizzino autonomamente per segnalare prontamente alla Polizia Locale l' attività dei "writers" e anche per dare autonomamente una prima sbiancata, oltre a fare i giardinieri?
Queste cose ci fanno tornare alla memoria il SELAD, Servizio Lavoro Aiuto Disoccupati, organizzato dal TLT dove tutti i lavori di pubblica utilità, anche molto importanti come il rifacimento delle Rive, venivano affidati non a ditte forestiere ma ai disoccupati organizzati dal Comune.
La cosa era talmente utile che è rimasta operativa fino al 1961.
Ma il BUONSENSO soccombe di fronte alla burocrazia italiana che per una potatura ha bisogno di 1000 carte e decreti e soprattutto di lucruosi appalti !
