Riprendiamo l'articolo oggi apparso sul Gazzettino di Treviso.
Il quotidiano dedica il "primo piano" col seguente articolo "VIP OSPITE PER 8 ANNI NELLA CASA ATER".
Il fatto riguarderebbe la figlia del ben noto ex inquisitore (ops…scusate il lapsus) procuratore capo straniero italiano a Treviso Antonio Fojadelli, tale Lucia Elena Fojadelli classe 1980 – avvocato, la quale risulterebbe dal 2004 inserita nel nucleo familiare di un 90enne anziano inquilino dell' ATER (case popolari).
L'avvocato, figlia del procuratore capo straniero italiano a Treviso, avrebbe così condiviso con un anziano del 1914 un alloggio popolare nel centro di Venezia ad un canone irrisorio ovvero di € 223 al mese.
Ma c'è altresì da chiedersi come sia possibile per otto anni la condividisione di un alloggio composto da una camera, una cucina e un bagno fra una giovane professionista classe 1980 e un anziano bisognoso di assistennza classe 1914???
Pensate un pò… il deposito cauzionale di € 669,00 viene versato proprio dall'ex procuratore capo straniero italiano Antonio Fojadelli.
Ogni commento in proposito lo lascio ai  lettori di cui voglio proporre integralmente l'articolo del Gazzettino.
La cosa che più mi colpisce però è la tracotante arroganza dell'ex magistrato straniero italiano Antonio Fojadelli che replicando asserisce di conoscere la faccenda molto sommariamente…
… ma si parla di sua figlia o di chi???
… ma non aveva lui stesso versato il deposito cauzionale di € 669,00 nel 2004???
"… è tutto regolare, è un contratto libero, regolarmente pagato…" insiste il Fojadelli…
… ma come, poco prima diceva di conoscere la faccenda molto sommariamente o leggiamo male???
Ed ecco la solita frase di chi è abituato a minacciare il prossimo, di chi non tollera di essere messo in discussione, di chi non tollera che altri possano farsi idee diverse da quelle che si pretende siano doverose nei propri confronti:
"… se qualcuno vuole insinuare qualcosa, ne risponderà…"!!!
La solita maledetta abitudine di minacciare il prossimo, di chi è abituato a dominare e a prevaricare anche il diritto di chiunque di essere indignato difronte a simili fatti.
Questa gente, abituata a dominare le situazioni dalle loro posizioni di potere e di privilegio, pensano e pretendono che gli sia tutto dovuto, anche il rispetto che chiunque dovrebbe meritarsi non tanto per ciò che fa, ma per ciò che è, non tanto per la posizione di potere ostentata e i privilegi attribuiti, ma per il servizio svolto alla comunità.
Il baratro che separa il Popolo da chi si sente al di sopra di tutto e di tutti è ormai colmo dell'indignazione della gente, trabocca di sdegno, di rabbia e di esasperazione e alcuni passi del "Magnificat" rieccheggiano a monito di questa gente:

ha disperso i superbi nei pensieri del loro cuore;
ha rovesciato i potenti dai troni,
ha innalzato gli umili;
ha ricolmato di beni gli affamati,
ha rimandato i ricchi a mani vuote
…

Papa Paolo VI nella Populorum progressio del 26 marzo del 1967 al n. 31 prevede come lecita «l’insurrezione rivoluzionaria nel caso di una tirannia evidente e prolungata che attenti gravemente ai diritti fondamentali di una persona e nuoccia in modo pericoloso al bene comune del paese» (cf anche Giovanni Paolo II, L’Istruzione Libertatis conscientia (Libertà cristiana e liberazione, 22.3.1986).
