DIRECTOR GENERAL Mr. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev Palais des Nations Avenue de la Paix 8-14 1211 Geneva 10 Switzerland OGGETTO : Denuncia di occupazione, dominazione e colonizzazione della NAZIONE SARDA da parte dello Stato straniero italiano – Rivendicazione di sovranità de Popolo Sardo Con il presente documento il MOVIMENTU DE LIBERATZIONI NATZIONALI SARDU (Movimento di Liberazione Nazionale Sardo) rivendica la sovranità del Popolo Sardo ed esige la liberazione della Nazione Sarda dall’occupazione illecita e illegittima dello stato straniero italiano. Alla Nazione Sarda ed al suo Popolo, storicamente indipendente dal IX al XV secolo d.c., è impedito l’esercizio del legittimo diritto alla sovranità nel proprio territorio a causa dell’occupazione italiana, uno stato straniero colonialista e razzista. Storicamente la Nazione Sarda dal 1409 ha subito l’occupazione della Corona d’Aragona, nel 1718 dell’Austria e dal 1720 dei Savoia; dal 1861 vi è poi “de jure e de facto” l’illegittima, illecita, nonché violenta e repressiva occupazione, anche militare, dello stato straniero italiano. CIO’ PREMESSO Codesta Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite si attivi, unitamente e d’intesa con questo MOVIMENTU DE LIBERATZIONI NATZIONALI SARDU per garantire l’immediata cessazione dell’illegittima ed illecita occupazione dello stato straniero italiano dal territorio della Nazione Sarda. Assicuri l’immediato effettivo ritiro dello stato occupante, con le sue istituzioni e le sue forze armate, dal territorio della Nazione Sarda Garantisca la necessaria istituzione della Polizia Sarda e la affianchi con l’invio di proprie forze di interposizione ai confini territoriali e con l’invio di propri Osservatori onde consentire le libere elezioni dei nuovi Organi Istituzionali del Popolo Sardo. Sostenga, anche con finanziamento ad hoc il processo di ripristino e di ricostruzione della Nazione Sarda Condanni lo stato straniero italiano al risarcimento di tutti i danni da occupazione, comprensivo dei danni di guerra per i passati conflitti mondiali e colonialisti e dall’illegittimo prelievo fiscale dal 1861 alla data dell’effettiva cessazione della suddetta occupazione PRENDA ATTO -del costituitosi presente MOVIMENTU DE LIBERATZIONI NATZIONALI SARDU, nato al solo e imprescindibile scopo di liberare il Popolo Sardo dall’occupazione, dalla dominazione e dalla colonizzazione posta in essere dallo stato straniero italiano -della legittimazione di questo MOVIMENTU DE LIBERATZIONI NATZIONALI SARDU ad agire in nome del Popolo Sardo sul piano internazionale attraverso il proprio apparato istituzionale ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 96.3 del Primo Protocollo di Ginevra del 1977. -Dell’elevato valore e del vitale interesse per il Popolo Sardo che ha questo documento e che esso sia recepito nel suo più alto significato anche se in difetto, senza fraintendimenti e senza sollevare eccezione alcuna e tanto meno eccezione che possa comportarne il rigetto.
