dato da diversi fattori: fisici, emotivi e mentali, quindi per definire una situazione di ben-essere si devono, per forza, guardare i vari ambiti di vita e come si affrontano ogni giorno le impegnative richieste di questo mondo.<br \/>\n\tAndando per ordine, prendiamo in considerazione l&#39;aspetto fisico; ovviamente una persona sopra i 60 anni comincer&agrave; a sentire il suo corpo in maniera diversa, pi&ugrave; lento, pi&ugrave; pesante e le gambe non riusciranno pi&ugrave; a sostenerci come facevano a 20 o a 40 anni.<br \/>\n\tMa cos&#39;&egrave; la vecchiaia?<br \/>\n\tCosa succede al nostro corpo?<br \/>\n\tSemplificando al massimo possiamo dire che la causa principale del deperimento cellulare sono i famosi radicali liberi, di cui si parla molto, ma di cui non si conosce bene la pericolosit&agrave;.<br \/>\n\tQuesti radicali derivano da vari tipi di molecole che hanno perso un elettrone e ne hanno uno spaiato in pi&ugrave;, per cui sono diventati super reattivi nei riguardi di tutte le strutture che ci sono nelle cellule e nel corpo.<br \/>\n\tPer fare degli esempi, i radicali sulla pelle la fanno diventare spenta e rugosa, sul sistema circolatorio creano rigidit&agrave; e fragilit&agrave; nei vasi sanguigni e, nel sistema nervoso, fermano i processi cognitivi.<br \/>\n\tMa come si formano queste molecole ipertossiche?<br \/>\n\tNormalmente si formano dalla nascita come prodotti di scarto nelle reazioni che avvengono nelle cellule dei vari comparti fisici ma in un corpo giovane e ben nutrito ci sono dei meccanismi che riescono ad annullare la carica negativa dei questi radicali.<br \/>\n\tLe molecole che li contrastano sono prima di tutto le vitamine che si possono trovare nei vegetali freschi, da qui l&#39;importanza di mangiare tutti i giorni frutta e verdura di stagione!<br \/>\n\tA differenza di anni fa adesso il problema &egrave; aumentano esponenzialmente a causa di una serie di sostanze nuove che fino agli anni 50 non esistevano.<br \/>\n\tParliamo di tutti i derivati del petrolio, detersivi, prodotti chimici usati in agricoltura, farmaci, prodotti per la conservazione alimentare ecc&#8230; come si pu&ograve; ben capire il problema &egrave; molto grosso ma non si fa molto per risolverlo.<br \/>\n\tOgni giorno siamo a contatto con tanti e diversi prodotti che, inseriti nel nostro corpo, creano una enorme quantit&agrave; di radicali liberi che andranno a sabotare innumerevoli processi biologici, portando alla degenerazione o alla distruzione delle strutture alla base che sostengono la nostra fisiologia.<br \/>\n\tCome possiamo eliminare il maggior numero possibile di radicali liberi?<br \/>\n\tLa cura migliore resta sempre una sana alimentazione, basata su frutta e verdura ovviamente biologica, per non inquinarsi ulteriormente con quei prodotti chimici normalmente usati per coltivare e conservare i vegetali.<br \/>\n\tSono oramai 10 anni che si &egrave; calcolato quanta tra frutta e verdura sarebbe necessario mangiare ogni giorno per equilibrare il numero di tossine che inseriamo nel nostro corpo a causa di quello che respiriamo, mangiamo, tocchiamo.<br \/>\n\tSono quantitativi enormi e da questo dovremmo capire con quante tossine veniamo in contatto senza renderci conto.<br \/>\n\tDai calcoli sono 3 kg tra frutta e verdura fresca di 9 colori diversi.<br \/>\n\tUn quantitativo quasi impossibile da mangiare anche perch&egrave; tutte queste fibre andrebbero a intasare l&#39;intestino.<br \/>\n\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"dieta_colori_7_800x190\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-46528\" height=\"190\" src=\"http:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/dieta_colori_7_800x190.jpg\" width=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/dieta_colori_7_800x190.jpg 800w, https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/dieta_colori_7_800x190-300x71.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/dieta_colori_7_800x190-768x182.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>Consiglio l&#39;acquisto di un estrattore per farsi ogni giorni diversi succhi freschi in maniera da inserire nel corpo l&#39;adeguato quantitativo tra sali minerali e vitamine senza avere il peso e il gonfiore delle fibre, anche spremere il succo di un limone in un litro d&#39;acqua aiuta lo stomaco, i reni e il sangue a mantenere un pH neutro, invece che tendente all&#39;acidit&agrave; come normalmente succede.<br \/>\n\tAltro modo di implementare i sali minerali utili al buon mantenimento di ossa sane &egrave; mangiare prodotti integrali piuttosto che raffinati.<br \/>\n\tRicordiamo inoltre che ogni giorno bisogna bere un quantitativo d&#39;acqua opportuno;
