ricorrente: \u201cma all\u2019epoca della Serenissima c\u2019era davvero uno Stato Veneto costituito?<br \/>\n\u201d oppure \u201cnon esiste una Costituzione della Repubblica di Venezia che dimostri che fosse uno Stato moderno\u201d.<a href=\"https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/0000-BANDIERA-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-180611 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/0000-BANDIERA-2-300x226.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/0000-BANDIERA-2-300x226.png 300w, https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/0000-BANDIERA-2-768x579.png 768w, https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/0000-BANDIERA-2.png 1015w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\u00c8 giunto il momento di chiarire con fermezza e con fondamento giuridico e storico.<br \/>\nLa <strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"641\">Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia<\/strong>, per oltre un millennio, <strong data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"706\">fu uno Stato sovrano a pieno titolo<\/strong>, riconosciuto nelle relazioni internazionali, dotato di un proprio ordinamento giuridico, istituzioni di governo, una diplomazia, un sistema fiscale e militare, una moneta e una cittadinanza.<br \/>\nL\u2019assenza di una \u201cCostituzione\u201d in senso moderno <strong data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"987\">non pregiudica affatto la sovranit\u00e0<\/strong> dello Stato: basti pensare che anche l\u2019Impero Britannico ha operato per secoli senza una costituzione scritta.<br \/>\nNel 1866, con un plebiscito <strong data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1180\">falsato e preceduto da annessione gi\u00e0 proclamata<\/strong> (19 ottobre 1866), il Popolo Veneto \u00e8 stato privato della propria sovranit\u00e0 in violazione del diritto internazionale e del principio di autodeterminazione.<br \/>\nIl <strong data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1404\">Movimento de Liberasione Nasionale del Popolo Veneto (MLNV)<\/strong> e il conseguente <strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1458\">Governo Veneto Provvisorio (GVP)<\/strong>, fondati il <strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1492\">29 settembre 2009<\/strong>, non inventano uno Stato nuovo, <strong data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1611\">ma ricostituiscono la legittima continuit\u00e0 del Popolo Veneto e della sua sovranit\u00e0<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLo facciamo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"2090\">\n<li data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1709\">\n<p data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1709\">secondo il <strong data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1660\">diritto naturale<\/strong> e la <strong data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1708\">sovranit\u00e0 originaria dell\u2019Essere Umano<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1908\">\n<p data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1908\">nel rispetto dell\u2019<strong data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1812\">art. 96.3 del Primo Protocollo Aggiuntivo alle Convenzioni di Ginevra del 1977<\/strong>, che riconosce la legittimit\u00e0 giuridica delle autorit\u00e0 costituite dai popoli sotto occupazione,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2090\">\n<p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2090\">con una <strong data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1962\">struttura istituzionale autodeterminata<\/strong>, pubblica, tracciabile e ordinata, dotata di anagrafe, autorit\u00e0, polisia, ordinamento giuridico e strumenti di notifica legale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2274\"><strong data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2152\">\u00c8 l\u2019Italia ad agire in difetto assoluto di giurisdizione<\/strong> sui nostri Territori, poich\u00e9 non ha mai ricevuto un mandato libero, consapevole e democratico da parte del Popolo Veneto.<br \/>\nRiaffermiamo dunque, con pacifica fermezza, che:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2573\">\n<li data-start=\"2325\" data-end=\"2358\">\n<p data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2358\"><strong data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2357\">il Popolo Veneto \u00e8 Sovrano<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2431\">\n<p data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2431\"><strong data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2430\">il MLNV e il GVP sono l\u2019espressione autentica di questa Sovranit\u00e0<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2573\">\n<p data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2573\"><strong data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2572\">nessun popolo ha bisogno di essere \u201criconosciuto\u201d per esistere, ma solo di prendere coscienza della propria verit\u00e0 e agire in coerenza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mlnv.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/00-MIA-FIRMA-UFFICIALE.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
